At Maya & Henry's, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
